City of Story City wellness insentives include:
1. Get annual physical ($80)
2. Participate in all 4 quartarly wellness challenges ($80)
3. Attend Story City Rec Center/any fitness center 70 times per year or more ($80)These are paid out annually on the second paycheck of the new year.
Wellness challenges have included things like steps challenge, fruits and vegtable challenge, weight loss chanllenge, food/water intake tracking, exercise challenges, etc. Wellness challenge winners or random participants of each challenge also recieve a small gift card to a local buisness or chamber bucks.
