    Marshalltown uses Civic Rec, with Civic Plus as the City’s website designer too. Council Bluffs uses the same thing too. It works well for registering people for programs, the only thing it doesn’t do well is creating brackets or league play schedules if that is what you are looking for.

    Our maintenance staff get paid 2.5 hrs for call outs even if it only takes them an hour to get their job done. Makes it worth their time to go out on a weekend or evening/after hours to fix or check on something.

    We use CivicRec in Marshalltown and I used Teamsideline in Council Bluffs. Teamsideline was a little more affordable and did everything you would want to do.

    Garling Construction out of Belle Plaine just did the HS tennis courts (12) and (3) pickleball courts in Marshalltown and I think they were happy with the results and timeline. I wasn’t involved with the project but we work with the school for tennis lessons so was in the loop for some things and the grand opening.
