Staff- how to encourage them to work/do well/come back next year without being too much of a “friend” (sweet spot)
Patrons- how to talk to patrons about different problems they bring to your attention (example: why a rule is a rule, safety concerns, maintenance concerns, etc).
A topic about confidence/how to take ownership of the pool
A shallow water drowning prevention talk
How to facilitate and create “buy-in”, how to prevent burn-out
