I’ve been asked to do a wage survey for communities of approximately 2,000-3,000 population. What we are looking for what you pay the director, any support staff, if you have a pool or aquatic center, etc. I appreciate any input you can provide. I know this is short notice but would appreciate answers by Monday, August 16 if possible. I will be retiring at the end of this year and we are looking for this information to post the job description.
