All staff get a cost of living raise on July 1 each year. Returning summer staff don’t get a raise for coming back, they just get the July 1 raise.
LG starting $8, increased from $7.25 May 2021. LG work 100 hours get $0.25 hour raise next year

Obviously, we have had a difficult time filling positions and are evaluating options for the upcoming year. 1 option is having an incentive program for working “x” number of hours and pay at end of year
25 cent raise per season worked. Lifeguard recertification’s covered. Class paid for if you return for a 2nd season.
We got wages increased to this in November. Prior to this increase, we struggled to be fully staffed come Pool season in May. As of January 31st, I am fully staffed and only have room for 3-4 more people to apply!
